Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date based on the shipping carrier’s timelines.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. If you need a rush order, feel free to reach out before purchasing to check availability.

Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade piece! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a return shipping label.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
